| have 52" Toshiba Cinema Series HD big sceen model# 53HX71, 1 1/2yr old. Power light just blinks no picture no sound, is it fixable? |

| I have a Toshiba 36" that is nearly 3 years old and beginning to shut down and leave the power light blinking. It eventually comes back on and (weirdly) if you stomp on the floor it comes back on!! I know this is not a fix, but maybe an interim measure. |

| suzy & dan : the problem is more than likely the convergence ic's or the dig. conv. module. and jesse your problem is most likely the vertical output ic. |

| james that is somewhat good info but how to I check to find out.. Sound like the module can be bought. but is there way to check before just puting in parts. are the Convergence ic's replaceable or on a board. |

| Well the TV guy was just here on my 61" I said nothing and he said I need Covergence Ic's GOOD Call James.. He didn't have any and needed to order them a few day with cost about $225.00 Will keep all informed when completed |
