panasonic tv model pvq-2511 blanking interval shows

panasonic model pvq-2511 has verticle blanking period showing on middle of screen after 3 mins of warm up have replaced vert. ic and reworked some bad solder joints. was first a dead set , shorted hot , blown fuselink , and bad cap near str30130 regulator...replaced all, and str too.. still have the vert. problem.. any ideas ?? I'm pulling hair out on this one.

Have exactly the same problem, starts off with white lines within 3 min of startup, the lines grow until vert blanking starts to over-lap picture. replaced leaky caps in vertical circuit, didn't help......                                            Help.. You have to replace all the electrolytic capacitors in the vertical circuit as I recall and that one diode thats parallels the IC. Can't remember the chassis location numbers.::David::
