Problem with a RCA F27251WN.Chasis CTC177BH2, No turn on

Message

It's me again, now I put the chasis number. Please I would like to know what means: FB113 FB... Are these DIODES? I wanna know because, my TV turned off by itself, and made a short circuit-like sound, I opened it and a component with that name had exploded. So, I need to know what it is to replace it. By the way, it is safe, just to replace the component that is burned or not. I am new in these things, but I study Electronic Engineering so I know somethings about cicuits. Thanks!!
