model p60921 RCA big screen home theater with guide plus/gemstar. Have the original remote and other universals that where working. suddenly they all stopped working on just the TV. Now mainly we can't switch between the video 1 and 2 or any other function. All the buttons on front panel still work fine. Just no remotes at all

99.5 percent of times problem is in remote controls

Replace the Remote IR detector on the front switch panel board. Iv'e found that some of the older, (94 through 98) Zenith switch panels with IR detectors on them are of the same type. Meaning, if they look alike and will match the orignal holes on the RCA board it will work in most cases, but I would suggest using a new orignal RCA for a paying customer.::David::

this has been fixed found one of the two leads of the IR led inside the TV had a bad soldier joint re-soldiered and it fixed the problem
