old sears sr 3000 TV small Picture in middle top & bottom cut off

I have an old 19 in sears sr 3000 the top and bottom of picture is cut off or Black only have a white  or picture in middle about 6 to 8 maybe 10 inches in middle.

Any help is appreaciated

replace bad caps in the vertical section, most will show by looking burnt, and may have a number like c305 and also c301,.they maybe little red or green caps,.

most likely in small vertical module mounted on p c board will usually fall apart when try to remove replacement not available if loose connection which is usually the case try to resolder without removeing module from main board

If you dont fix this the  picture will get smaller and smaller untile you get a bright line in the middle of your screen   but the sound will be  fine. the fix is replace the DTA
