convergence problem cannot converge red/blue vert lines if i get one side in other goes out blue vert line on left side way out would appreciate any help

Carl: Hi,Yes,Make sure that all the connectors,are in the right possition,I do remember that problem,about a year ago,and we found that one connector,was in a wrong possition(I don't remember the number,but it is the one,that go into the convergence board)It is about nine or ten pins.Its a red connector.I do hope that you can fix the problem.My name is Victor(Martinez Audio & Video Repair Service)386-860-3552.Deltona,Florida.
