RCA P46725 SK Big screen no power

Message

HELP! No power when turning on the TV.  There is no sound on LED's lighting up.  It worked fine last night, but when I went to turn it on today I got nothing.  I pulled the back panel off and checked the fuse, but it didn't look bad.  Any help would be appreciated.
