I have a RCA AccuSearch Four Head Video System

When I insert my video tape an error message comes up and power goes out.

When the power is pushed back on the tape ejects.

Can someone help me understand what the problem may be?

Error while loading the tape means something is wrong with the loading sequence timing, or error in the function switch which may need cleaned.::David::
