| my TV just blacked out no sound or picture and wont turn back on , it started getting snowey about a month or so ago on and off and on occassion made a loud high pitched noise model no. is p52770eb or p5277oeb something like that thank you |

| thanks John , the tv came back on after replacing the high voltage but we still heard a high pitched noise later in the day any Ideas? |

| did not get get wires seated properly in splitter or used genertic splitter which will never work properly |

| I just had the same thing happen. Repairman said it was the High voltage splitter & that it would be $500-700 to repair. If that is indeed the case, I can't see putting that kind of money into an 8-9 year old set vs. getting a new one. Can you tell me how much you paid for the part? Does this require a professional to install, or could a reasonably competent individual do it? Thanks. |
