Toshiba 1400rb vertical prob

Hi can anyone help, I have a toshiba television Model 1400rb with the bottom quarter of the vertical deflection missing. I have changed C303 & C317 (Brown 2.2uF), Capacitors associated with  vertical IC 303 (AN5515) problem persists. Any Ideas?

check the vertical output transistor for the   bottom half  you have top and bottom transistor

Replace C-301, C-305, and C-308. If C-301 is not present replace C-342. ::David::

check the scan coils , ive had many 1400r sets burn them out partially.
