Dead PSU

Message

Problem with dead 11AK08 chassis, which suddenly didn't power up. Fuse OK, no o/c or s/c resistors or diodes in PSU, chopper FET and transformer both OK. TDA 4605 IC checks out OK in circuit. No secondary voltages anywhere on PCB. A slightly scorched 68R 1W resistor (R812) is the only clue, but checks out as OK ! Has anyone had this annoying problem and solved it? It's driving me mad. Thanks guys.
