RCA P46731AT projection tv |

| When you press the power button, a chirp sound is heard but the set will not come on. The fuse was not blown and all the rectifier diodes were in tact. I checked a few transistors and they all checked out fine. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help |

| check for 140 stby. at collector of hoxsistor. if hi-150-180vdc, change 39uf-100v, 2.2 uf-50v near reg. ic. first check to see if shorted. if stdby is 140v unload input to hv block-fire set, should spark=then block is bad. ray |
