phillips ts3260c no power up

hi

when i atempt to turn on the tv i can hear the relay click twice then it shuts off.

 

i can smell an ozone smell when it happens...but when i took it apart i could not see anything burt???  no picture and no sound.

 

any help would be apreciated.

bump.

 

anyone have any ideas about this.

 

it just clicks twice and then nothing.

i cant find anything burt and the fuse looks fine.

 

any ideas??

ck the horz output transistor if its shorted you likely have a bad hi voltage tranformer
